The following sets out the terms and conditions governing the supply of goods, services and information on www.hartpury-equestrian-tack-shop.co.uk. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Contract formation
No contract will exist between you, the customer, and Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless, and until Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd confirms receipt of your order by email. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions relating to the purchase of product will be deemed complete at the time Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd sends this email to you.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Pricing
All orders are free delivery mainland UK, VAT will be added to all orders at the checkout. Any deliveries outside of mainland UK will be priced upon application.
Any orders that cannot be delivered on the first attempt will incur a redelivery charge of £ 4.00 plus VAT.
All orders which are left at the customers request in an alternative safe place are left at the customers own risk.
Damaged Items
Damaged goods must be notified in writing via email to info@hartpury-equestrian-tack-shop.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of delivery, please include in your email which item is damaged, the nature of the damage, order number, date the order was placed and the delivery note number supplied with the goods. We will issue you with a returns number and the address for return of the goods. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will refund the monies you have paid for the goods or supply you with replacement goods at your option.
Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract, notice must be given in writing via email to info@hartpury-equestrian-tack-shop.co.uk stating your CT order number, date of order, goods to be returned, delivery note number and reason for return, we will issue the address the goods need to be returned to and a returns number which must be written on the delivery note and returned with the goods to us in their original packaging and unused.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd may apply a restocking charge upto a maximum of 35% of the value of your order. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected by Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd we shall refund the relevant part of your purchase price within 30 days.

We promise to respond to all complaints promptly and certainly within 5 working days.
Data Protection
We request your name, address and e-mail address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we will not pass your name and address to any third parties.

Any contract created between yourself and Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd will be deemed to have been concluded in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. You and Hartpury Equestrian Supplies Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Guarantee
If your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and invoice).
Please note recordable compact discs can vary in compatibility. The compatibility of the product with a given set of hardware and software cannot always be assured 100%. In the unlikely event that you find recordable media does not function as require, we will need to verify its functionality before any refunds, credit or exchanges are authorised.
Liability
As we have no control over the use of products supplied, by the end user, we can not accept any liability howsoever caused, no do we accept any consequential liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the products we supply.
